Well, I’m glad I decided to provide some streaming video from last night’s LRtweetup. Come to find out, we had a special announcement that I was not aware of beforehand. The announcement was concerning the upcoming Little Rock Twestival 2009. Looks like the LRtweetup Tweeps are reaching out to the community and lending a helping hand.

Man, last night’s LRtweetup was great. I got to meet a lot of people I haven’t had a chance to meet before, and it was a wonderful networking experience as always. Thanks to Cajun’s Wharf for hosting such a great event. This was only my second LRtweetup, but I really do think this location was great. We could chill outside on the deck and enjoy Cajun’s view of the river, or we could go inside and enjoy some delicious munchies they had set up for us. Good times. The “Show Me Your Tweets” was a pretty tasty drink, but I believe the unofficial LRtweetup drink of the night was the Play-De-Do, and boy was that thing delicious!! Pineapple juice FTW!
On a tad more of a serious note, I’d like to thank Paul Strack from Custom Printing for the great promotional giveaway of his nifty new Mini Profile Cards and the fun and futuristic QR Code nametags he provided.
Now I’m off to post the video of the Twestival announcement that I livestreamed. Have a great weekend everybody!

I’ve never been so nervous sitting in a movie theater (besides on a first-date night, but I digress). I could’ve powered a small town with all the energy I had inside (most of which was extremely nervous energy). So…what would be the end result of all of our hard work?
